All orders received before 3pm EST are usually shipped the same day provided the item(s) are in stock. Any items that can not be shipped within three days are considered not in stock. We use an interface to show our current inventory on the online store. This is updated through out the day but it is possible for something to sell in store before it shows out of stock online. If this happens to an items from your order you will be contacted with options on how we can proceed. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority.
All orders will receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
We do not ship internationally.
Competitor Price Matching
Bass and Bucks Inc. will consider all price matching requests. If you find a lower price from an authorized dealer of any products we carry we will do our best to match it. Please submit your price matching requests via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include a link to the competing web site or the print ad out of a current magazine. After we verify the product and its price we will contact you. Please consider we will only match legitimate dealers advertised pricing on current products (this does not include closeout, blemished, auctions, ect). We reserve the right to match prices only at our discretion, please bear in mind we may not be able to match every price, but we will do our best.
Out of Stocks and Back orders
We try our best to have everything in our online catalog available 100% of the time; however we do run out of some items from time to time. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified within one business day of your order. Items are considered out of stock if they can not ship within three days. It is your choice to either cancel the order before we fully process it and nothing will be charged to you, or you may choose to back order the item.
To place a back order simply email us at email@example.com. Back orders are charged 100% up front and shipped immediately upon receiving the item in stock. You may cancel the back order at any time; however you will be charged a 20% back order cancellation fee. We do not always have a reliable ETA on back orders. Understand that we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to actually get more products to us, and we always do our best to get the products to you in a timely manner.
We may have other equivalent products available that are not listed on the website due to continually changing product lines. You may call or email and we will always do our best to help find you what you need.
Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days, but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders. Shipping price listed online is not applicable on some oversize items, in these cases actual shipping via the lowest cost carrier will be charged.
Once you submit your order to Our Store and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.
